The pc boots up simply fine. I can play video games and launch my web browsers with no issues. The only problem I have noticed is that the front fans in my case are not lighting up like they used to. I just put together this pc a few days ago. I have all the drivers installed at least feel like I do since I had them installed from armory-crate and with the NVidia GeForce experience. Hello jkamer
What you're seeing is normal.
With the Q-Code set to Auto, the led readout will show your cpu temperature.
You can change the Q-Code to "Post Code Only", then when you boot to windows, the the Q-Code should show AO.
To change the Q-Code readout, go into the bios, Advanced tab, Onboard Devices Configuration.

Did you check the USB cable meant to control the RGB lighting of the fans? What is the exact make and model of these fans and how are they connected to your board?
