Chipset driver for Z790-(H) m/board

I came across the following chipset driver on the asus support page for z790 m/boards:

 I ran AsusSetup.exe as administrator but nothing happened.

Not sure how to proceed 🤔

DTT driver is not the chipset driver. you need to hit the expand all button and download the latest driver that specifically says chipset. make sure its the newest one.

Thank you Vynra, yes I later realized that it isn't the actual chipset driver despite being put in that category. I checked my system in the device manager and realised I had the latest chipset driver.
