Cant disable Above 4G Decoding in Asus bios

Z690 Formula 3802 bios (latest)

What ive done:

• Disabled and enabled sr-iov
• Disabled and enabled rebar
• Disabled and enabled CSM
• Disabled and enabled VTd
• Disabled and enabled Secure boot with different options
• Load optimized defaults
• Flashed bios once again with disabled rebar

And please, i only want to disable this setting, i dont want to enable rebar and so on, i have troubles exclusively with above 4g decoding, thank you!

Also, when i flashing bios or load optimizing defaults, theres always enabled rebar. I tried to take out power cord and cmos battery and wait 5 minutes, but nothing changed, re bar is still enabled 

How can i completely wipe my bios settings?
