Buggy memory training on Strix Z690-G (v0811)?

Level 7
Hello everyone,

I have some problems with the DDR5 memory overclocking on my Strix Z690-G. I assume something with the memory training during startup (v0811) is faulty. Anyone else having problems with it?

I am running a pair of G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB 32GB Kit DDR5-5600 CL40 (F5-5600U4040C16GX2-TZ5RK)

Scenario 1) - Auto Timings, XMP1, VDD(Q) 1.225V, DDR6000

Chances are high, that after a coldboot with AC off the memory is suddenly highly unstable. Even though the 1st, 2nd, 3rd timings haven't changed, a 10000%+ Karhu stable setting repeatedly crashes in less than 100% (or windows / programs crash even before that).
--> New cold boot and most likely everything is fine again. (Normal reboots typically don't fix it.) Different VDD(Q) voltages (1.25, 1.275, 1.3V), or the XMP2 Profile don't have any effect on it. Same behavior when the auto-trained timings are set as fixed values.

Scenario 2) - Custom timings, XMP1, VDD(Q) 1.225V, DDR6000

34-34-34-54 set in Windows with Memtweak tested as stable (if scenario 1 is stable). Haven't tested any further yet.
--> CL34 set in BIOS won't even post. CL36 & CL38 boots with "windows needs to be repaired" error. Back on auto timings (CL40) the system boots normal again.

Suggestions are welcome!
