I just upgraded my motherboard, cpu and ram. Most of the time when I start the PC, I will get a BSOD saying "A require device isn't connected or can't be accessed. Error code: 0xc000000e. If I go to the UEFI menu and manually select Windows Boot Manager option, it will load Windows. Maybe 30% it will boot without issue.
Windows 10, Asus Z790 Tuf Gaming Plus Wifi motherboard, Intel 14700K CPU, Cosair Vengeance 6000 ram (2x16GB), Asus ROG Strix 1070Ti, Samsung 2.5in (1TB) - contains OS, Samsung 840 (250 GB) and Samsung 850 (250 GB) hard drives, Corsair iCUE H150i CPU cooler, Super Flower 850w power supply.
Any help would be appreciated!
