Bluetooth headset not working/connecting

Hello,

I just built a new pc with the z690 mobo. Did a clean install of win10. Updated all drivers, including bluetooth.

I have a bose qc35 which connects to everything perfectly fine. Connected to my previous pc with no issues either. Now that Im on the new pc, the headset struggles to be found or connect to windows.

Windows sometimes finds it as a non audio device. If it does find it as an audio headset device, it doesnt connect. Like it says it paired and connected, but then doesnt work when I select it as the main audio device. Nothing happens. Sometimes it gets removed completely and I have to go through the pairing process again.

Any ideas or tips I can try out?

It would be nice if at least someone would have mentioned what Wi-Fi card you are using. The product page does not state.

I have a Z590 with an Intel AX210 which just got a new Bluetooth driver yesterday through Windows, 22.110.2.1.

Since that board does have a different, newer, configuration than the Z590 boards regarding the processor, there may be some problems I would not see on the Z590.

This resolved an issue with me and the windows 11 your phone app and the link to my Pixel 4a.

Before this driver I couldn't take calls on my PC that were on my phone but everything else worked.

Not everything works and I can take my cell phone calls on my PC using my headset.

I highly recommend running this latest Bt driver.
