Bluetooth gone after 2703 bios update

After updating my bios on a ROG Strix Z790-E motherboard to version 2703 dated 10/18/2024, bluetooth completely disappeared from device manager.  I checked the BIOS, Bluetooth is enabled.  I tried disabling it, booting up to windows, then back to the bios to enable it again, as another user had suggested, but it did not work.  It was working fine prior to the BIOS update.  I've updated Intel ME and all relevant drivers to their latest versions, checked with Intel's driver support tool, and nothing seems to indicate I need to update anything.  Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Unfortunately that did not do the trick.  I don't even see a disabled or unknown device in device manager to indicate a driver would need to be installed for anything.

Can you please try updating your BIOS again using EZ BIOS update via TOOLS menu? Few people have seen success with their issues with just updating the BIOS a second time. Good luck!
