BIOS Flashback (ASUS ROG Z690-F GAMING)

Hello, I am currently using bios version 3101. But according to the 2103 bios, I noticed that my system slowed down and the temperatures increased. I cannot download version 2103 from the site and install it via USB using the BIOS flashback method. Would you help me with this topic? What path should I follow?

I'm using the ROG Strix Z690-F Gaming Wifi with bios 3101, my pc doesn't seem any slower or have higher temperatures with bios 3101.

If you want to try previous versions, you can try:

2305 - Bios version 2305 is as far as you can roll back.
