ASUS Z690-A Gaming BIOS 1404 breaks XMP again

Updated my BIOS from 1304 to 1404 today and setting memory to XMP 1 or XMP II crashes windows. Setting manual I can only get to 3200 Mhz even though BIOS 1304 allowed me to get to 3600 Mhz. I would not recommend this BIOS.
