7600 XMP 2 is now stable....im an idiot.

i checked my motherboard after doing  some PC cleaning. when i took the cpu out i noticed some bent pins... i fixed them. after looking at the pin layout it shows them as VSS pins. i looked it up and apparently has something to do with voltage. welp....
