ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO Bios NEW 1505 FAILURE

Was having issues with, 6400mhz ram, was only stable at 5400mhz max. Reading up and noticed the Bios was at 803, new current was 1505. Using Asus tool flashed the 1505, upon reboot stops at code 10.Is there a way to recover this motherboard?
