Asus Z790-F Wifi microphone SO low (Where is the solution?)

Volando
Level 7

Hello everyone
There is a problem with the very low microphone volume on the HyperX Cloud Alpha headset.

Connection via 3.5 mm Jack
(connectors of the case or motherboard).
In the device manager, the headphones and microphone are defined as usb audio device (headphones/microphone).
- Regular microphone volume increase does not help.
- Increasing the volume of the Realtek console microphone does not help.
- Two-Way AI Noise Cancellation is disabled in Armoury Crate.
- 48000 Hz 24 bit for audio output (default), 48000 Hz 16 bits for audio input (default).
- A clean reinstall of the drivers does not help.
- Installing regular win11 drivers does not help.
- Regular reinforcement does not help.

There are no problems with audio output.
The headset with a microphone does not have its own drivers, programs, updates. The USB audio card is not included. Connection via Jack 3.5 only via a splitter (headphones/microphone)
The microphone is working fine on another computer.
