Have a look through this thread and in particular the post by MoKiChU:

https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?131960-Help-with-Device-Driver-missing-Occur-after-Z790-08...

If you find MokIchu's drivers thread and install those drivers, you will have a complete install. Hopefully that will resolve your issue. Also just double check that Thunderbolt is enabled in BIOS (Advanced menu).

Hello, Thanks for replay, but problet still exist

I am wondering if running a 13th Gen processor on a 12th Gen motherboard might be involved. There may be different options in the Bios which don't quite match the newer processor.

Otherwise, when you reboot, the system has a chance to load drivers it may not have loaded the first time. Because the problem happens during a power on situation, you may want to try turning off the Windows Fast Startup, at least for testing.

Very odd that Thunderbolt works and then doesn't. To me, that might suggest a hardware issue. Just a question, have you updated your ME firmware and installed the Windows MEI drivers as well? I don't think that's going to be the problem, but worth a try...

Oh, installing MoKiChU's driver pack was my best hope to resolve your issue. I'm now wondering if your motherboard has a fault. Maybe speak to Asus support and see if you can get it exchanged? Hopefully there is way to get it working before that, but I can't think of what to try next 😞 Very strange that it does work sometimes.

Hello, I will not write to the support because I have a bad experience with Asus Poland, I will wait for future bios updates or drivers.

Exact same problem with the "Intel(R) PCI Express Root Port #5 - 7ABC" and thunderbolt issues.

I have a thunderbolt hub that was working fine with my Maximus Extreme z690 and 12900k. I upgraded to a 13900KS and now the hub has been going haywire.

USB 2.0 devices seem to work fine in it, but no USB 3.0 devices show up. Strangely, I do have a USB 3.2 hub plugged into it, and USB 2.0 devices plugged into that also work, but again, not USB 3.0 devices.

Also, in the thunderbolt control center, the Thunderbolt hub does not show up when these issues are occurring. On RARE occasions it will appear in the control center as connected, and in that case the hub works fine, including USB 3.0 devices. I am getting so annoyed.
