My Windows Task Manager says 31.8GB, 187MB hardware reserved. It's not an "issue". Some times you can have system process or hardware that will require RAM to be hardware reserved. For eg if you have an iGPU, the amount of RAM that the system will reserve for said hardware will be much more.

You can check online for some other stuff that will make Windows reserve the RAM.

You may be right, but same windows 11 copy over from Asus TUF B460 to TUF Z690, disable the IGPU in BIOS. All driver updated accordingly with no issue. I even update the latest bios version to newly official 1304 and the result are the same. What other possibilities happened. Please advice. Thank you.
