I installed a i5-13400f B0 stepping on the Z790-H gaming WiFi and have the latest bios installed.
when I run occt or prime 95 I noticed my all core boost starts off at 4.1ghz and then shortly after drops well below that.
temps are 55C so that is not the issue.
what would be causing this? They should be running at 4.1fhz I thought.
