So how did you manage to perform your rollback as the Z690 Gaming F support site claims that due to wifi regs in Japan you are unable to rollback.. am i missing something????

Here in this forum you can find the instructions that RyanBlakeIT has shared to be able to perform a Rollback from 2305 to 2204 for Z690.
I have the Hero Z690 model, but there are also instructions for the F model. Just search past posts.

Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero Motherboard - Intel i9-13900K - Asus Thor 1200p - Kingston Fury 128GB (4x 32GB) DDR5 4200MT/s (Trying to run 128GB at 5600MT/s) - 3x Firecuda 530 NVMe SSD 1TB - WD Black SN850 NVMe SSD 2TB - ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4080 - Windows 11 Pro x64

I sent you a message.

I have ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING stupidly i flashed to 2305 before reading anything and now i am stuck on it with all but one of my memory modules not being detected and causing loops if there is even more then 1 plunged in. Now before the flash all were detected and no looping occurred i cant do a flash back because i forgot to back up the bios is there any chance anyone has a 2301 and 2305 unlocked i could get, or if there is another trick then the one of this forum please give me a hand thank you.

These are the necessary bios, both unlocked and normal:

Remembering that any problem with the Bios update can be fatal and irreversible, so do it carefully and aware that everything will be at your own risk.
