Asus ROG Strix B760-f GAMING WIFI does not see my ROG gpu

I recently built a new pc, with this mother board, an intel i5 14600kf and an Asus ROG strix rtx 3070ti. Everything went fine, windows installation all good, pc boots but it doesn't see the gpu then it loses signal. After that pc no longer boots into windows, just loses video signal after the windows boot logo. I tried everything. The gpu is ok because i tested it in my friends PC and it works fine. I am using a corsair rm750e power supply. Any tips? Or should i get another motherboard?

Does any led shown up on mobo? Try to clear cmos. Plug off power cable - push the cmos button, plug it again in. Than boot the system up. It tooks some time. Important: before you boot up - activate the monitor. Otherwise it stucks. Than you've got to load default (if it shows F5 ups - after that F1 to enter the bios). In bios. Another step: flash to the newest bios by using the flash back button on back of your mobo -before pls read the instruction.

Hello, i tried your suggestions, but still no fix. I've already updated the bios to the latest version. No check light is staying on, it just goes through them all and goes to boot; windows logo is loading then loses signal. I have tried to connect it to my tv through the hdmi port, same thing.

I have made a short video that shows the problem: https://youtube.com/shorts/XsoUPMj66-s?si=InjSCCnSIDbEtccG

@Victor22 I see. And if you push [del] you can still enter the bios and everything is visual correct (colors and so on)? Is the nvme also correct shown up in bios?

Is it possible that you grap an 2nd gpu from a friend of yours to test? Don't install win (11) new... just switch, for the test, the gpu and boot up. If I understand it correct, you tested only your gpu in another pc - not another gpu in your system?

P.S. ain't sure if it's allowed to post links to another forum. Try to search kind of "asus win 11 don't boot new mainboard" over google. You'll find some reddit posts with some similar probs. (first hits). Hopefully their comments can help you, too.

Yes i can enter the bios, all the settings are ok, i tried changing everything. Intel rapid technology  is off, i also tried compatability mode. The thing is, the first time i install windows, it will boot into it, but i don't see any gpu in device manager, only "microsoft integrated gpu" as soon as i try to install the graphics drivers, the monitor goes black. I tried 2 diferent m2 ssd, a wd black and a samsung 980. I didn't try another gpu to see if it works. If i enable CMS i get the bluescreen saying "windows didn't start correctly"
