I am confused about mixing sticks. First, I bought Trident Z5 2x16 GB RAM having issues when playing games suddenly freezing and crushing the application (like DOTA 2 game). Second, since I got annoyed I bought Trident Z5 2x32 GB RAM and it was all good.
My question is: Can I mix 2x16 GB and 2x32 GB RAM sticks on ASUS ROG Maximus z790?
I got confused about this lately because others said it would work and some of it didn't. And I want clarification especially since I'm using the ROG.
