No I have alot mouses and keyboard but no steelseries I use now for my "new pc" the Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless - Linear Optical Switch and just a week ago I switched back to my older Razer Huntsman V2 Analog, because they updated some time ago with Rapid Trigger Mode.

Normal I used that keyboard with my my old PC is a that is a Asus ROG Maximus XI Extreme, (Z390) with 9900KS and RTX 3090 also a Gigabyte Xtreme Waterforce

Is it a must to update to that bios? I'm on bios 1202 and my pc been working fine. 

Don't know if it is a must do since it is a bit annoying to update the bios every month or so.

i mean its always a good idea to update your bios as it contains fixes/optimizations/security enhancements. i personally skip any bios that says "improve system compatibility" if my system is fine. but if it says "improve system performance" then i will update.

Updated here without errors. Asus should better detail the vulnerabilities fixed

installed earlier today... now multiple program's dont work (discord, razer synapse, armory crate)tryed reinstaling them but get errors under installation and they fail. device manager is also unresponsive and will not launch. driver reinstalls also fail 

have tryed reflashing bios (both to 1202 and again to 1303) but no luck and a sfc /scannow gives no errors...not sure what to do now...

setup:

z790 maximus hero

2x gskill ddr5 32gb 6400mhz (usualy set to 3200 because its extremally unstable if set any higher and i have 2 more sticks but i have given up trying to get them to work and was hoping the new bios would help)

nvidia rtx 3090ti asus tuf

windows build: 22621.2134

Strange indeed. I have all the apps you listed and I didn't have any problems with the update. Was the BIOS file not corrupted? I had a similar problem with a faulty USB stick in the past.

strange just checked bios and it says i have me version 16.1.30.2255 which do not match the version the download link says it updates it to (16.1.27.2176) not sure if that is a typo on the download place or that is the reason my pc is not having a good time right now
