What motherboard do you have? Which ram kits do you have?
Personally my advice would be to run your cpu at stock, it’s already pushed to the limits out of the box. Simply not worth the effort overclocking that beast. If you want just set your power plan to performance through control centre to ensure the clocks stay high, if you wish. Personally I don’t. I just turn on XMP 1 with 2 x 16GB sticks at 7600 and set Intel stock power limts.
RGB wise, I use OpenRGB. Very basic but gets the job done.
My past experience with AC was so bad, it was a massive process hog. CPU and ram usage was sky high. In the end I reinstalled windows to ensure it was completely removed. It only takes an hour.
