oooh I thought I was the only one that had this problem.
I build my pc ~10 months ago and had so many whea errors in HWinfo.
I thought I was my GPU first but tried a other one same problem.
I removed my GPU and used my CPU-GPU. Same problem.
I tried everything and turned off PCIe power management in the bios. And the errors where away.
I thought I was maybe a problem with my CPU or motherboard. But didn't want to send it back for RMA, so now 10 months later have still PCIe power management turned off in the bios. Never have problems PC runs perfect.
When I build my PC I never ask in the forum and also never saw people talk about it. But now I see I’m not the only one.
I have a Z790-Exterme.
Sad they still didn't fix it.

Thanks for the input, honestly when i was updating to the bios i was clicking on "load optimized and defaults" then enable the XMP trough the EZ mode and i was good to go.

PCIe power management it's turned off by default?

When I do a BIOS update, PCIe power management is always Enabled by default

Yes for me aswell. In fact i don't have issues.

I will check it later I'm still on BIOS 1202.

In the begin when I had this problem I thought it was my CPU because i use the Thermal Grizzl CPU Contact Frame. Maybe I also have to check that again.

So do you wanna be sure aswell as me before updating the Bios?

Normal I just update the BIOS but was just looking if people had problems. And saw someone had the same problems as me. I will update tomorrow I'm now still in a game 🙂

Ok i undersntand It, what's your PC setup and your Gear?
