well s*** turns out in an attempt to fix the many many ram issues i previously installed me version 16.1.30.2255 before installing the new bios and it may just have broken everything.. i managed to rollback both bios and me to older versions but it fixed nothing.... reupdating fixed nothing and iam now left with a computer that cant installe new software and can only launch select few applications (browsers, some games, and steam)
just tryed resetting windows but of cause that failed aswell...
unless someone has a great idea? i may have to buy a new motherbord if i want to play starfield at release...

yes. "SZ790E.CAP" and placed in root if a newly fat32 formated usb-stick. current MEUpdateTool Version is 16.1.27.2176
better luck trying the "BIOS Flash button"?
