i do not know what specific vulnerability they are refering to but it has security enhancements while improving performance (so the patch notes say)

and also did they fix kernel-whea errors when PCIe power management is enabled on bios?

yes you only need to update the bios. i have no idea if they fixed the kernal whea error. i do not have that issue. and vital is just another word for "important"

first i tried mb and after a months i discovered this issue and tried mokiuchi but didn't helpp. So i decided to disable pcie power management setting on bios and it fixed that
