ASUS Multicore Enhancement = Disable - Enforce all limits behavior

Hello,
On my ASUS Maximus Z790 Dark Hero, I have set the ASUS Multicore Enhancement to Disable - Enforce all limits, Long Duration Package Power Limits to 253W and the Short Duration Package Power Limits to 320W. Since I'm enforcing all limits with the ASUS Multicore Enhancement which is effectively 253W for both the P1-long and P2-short durations, will I get the 320W I'm allowing through the P2 Short Duration? In essence, will the Short Duration Package Power Limits override the Disable - Enforce all limits of the ASUS Multicore Enhancement?

Hi, No. PL1 and PL2 will act accordingly as set and only limited by the amperage limit.

you can use hwinfo to check to make sure your 320 pl2 is active. on my apex encore even if i enforce all limits and ovverride the short power duration in bios it overrides it so yours should too.

but why not just leave let bios auto enhance and just ovverride it that way so your getting a better boosting period too?

you can leave pl1 as 253w and it will have the same behavior
