Asus aura issue on computer off

Hi everyone so now I’ve encountered another issue! When my pc is off aura lights stay on on the motherboard I have disabled it in bios as pictured but then when turned back on it re activates as if the bios setting is not saving I have also turned it off in ASU’s armoury crate and that also turns back on can anyone help me? I’m sort of thinking should I have picked another motherboard manufacturer now after the problems I’ve had

In Armoury Crate on the motherboard Device page, you can set the Shutdown Effect to the color black with the Static setting. This should show no lighting when your pc is shut down. Or, you can just turn off the Shutdown Effect.

Another way is, in the bios, Advanced tab, APM Configuration, set ErP Ready to "Enable (S4+S5)". Just know, doing it this way cuts power to the usb ports when your pc is shut down.
