Anyone can help Z790 APEX

Anyone know that z790 apex pcie 5.0 m.2 card from a bundle can use with the pcie 4.0 x4 slot at the last bottom of the board ?
And if yes, the m.2 speed can run full pcie 4.0 speed at x4 or not ?

why don't you use the dimm.2 and install it near the ram and have a "safe" x4?
did you use all the m2 slots?
