Annoying problem with bootup logo TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi

MOBO: ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi

PCIE storage: Adaptec ASR-6405E 4 Internal 6G SAS Ports PCIe 2.0 RAID Adapter

At the outset I would like to point out that the computer works flawlessly, the problem lies in something else. I have a storage device that takes about 30 seconds to boot up, and the problem is that during this time instead of seeing the Asus logo I have only a black screen. I have no idea of the device status, if booting or if it just crashed, no messages about what is happening. I've changed the settings in e.g. Option ROM messages but it doesn't do anything. Instead of seeing the bootup logo of Asus or messages from the controller side, all I see is a black screen. After that, when the controller finish booting, the Asus logo appears for a few seconds and loads Windows normally with typical bootscreen. It looks to me like some kind of bug in the BIOS. My previous Gigabyte board had no problems with this, as well as an even older one that was also Asus. This behavior is extremely annoying.

Any fix?

Have you tried to disable the ASUS Logo Display so you can see BIOS messages? Can you share your Boot Configuration screen settings?

Any combination yields nothing. Neither in the BIOS, nor, for example, changing the port from DP to HDMI. The BIOS simply does not display anything when the Adaptec card is initialized. And I know what should be displayed, because on previous boards and even an older model of this controller everything worked. Let me be more precise: only after the Adaptec is initialized does the POST screen appear for a while (if I force it in the BIOS), which means there is some communication, but only after the fact. This is 100% a bug in the BIOS, because it is abnormal for the BIOS not to display key information during initialization hardware or show only black screen instead bootup logo.

This screenshot is just an example, as I mentioned I tried all combinations.
