AI overlock 14700K

When overclocked it pushes the 14700K CPU too high it shoots SVID at 1.4 multiplier at 60x but with Cinebench it reaches 55 actual with a score of around 32000, very low! very unstable windows system I followed the guide perfectly but it just doesn't work well! it is not possible to reset the score of my CPU which is 75 with a liquid heatsink, I can change it 151 AI overclock should push the maximum to 57 after a stress test and make the CPU reach 57 not 55 actual i need bought new 14700K? or send back my cpu and take another?

Hi @Kyller2ndTV

What BIOS version are you running?

Given the microcode changes in the latest builds, I'm not sure that all CPUs will behave as initially expected when using AI OC. Although this isn't something I've tried myself. a VID of 1.4v isn't too high, though. What is your maximum package temperature when running Cinebench?

latest updated! 2503

now in this 20 minut retry at follow guide and post result windows work but games at 6 ghz are instable

What's the maximum vCore reported by HWINFO (Under the Nuvoton section)?

Also the maximum package temperature? 6GHz is a stretch, I would lock the cores in at 57 using Specific Core.

Package 101

You're thermal throttling. Maybe use the system for what you intend it for rather than using Cinebench. If you're using AI OC, the CPU package draw will be fairly high due to the amperage.

I have that CPU. A Cinebench 23 score c. 32000 is standard for that CPU. I've made conservative CPU settings with a max CPU temperature of 80C which gives 95% of that score at Vcore under 1.35V and power c. 220W in Cinebench 23.
