12/24/2023 :
I have 1 system: 14900k and 4 x Ram Corsair Dominator Titanium RGB 2 Kit x (2x32GB) DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 (Total 128 gb max 4 dim) I have updated newest BIOS ver 0507 (on ASUS website, where can I get a newer update? Please let me know) - The main problem I encountered was when I newly installed Windows 10 - 64 bit. After the windows welcome screen, I received a notification asking if I wanted to install "Amoury Crate and Lan driver" and of course I chose yes to install the lan driver (blue dump when installing Amoury crate ). The installation took a long time. and after a while I got a blue dump screen. I tried reinstalling windows 5-7 times and reinstalling Amoury Crate but the result is still the same. STOP CODE : kernel_security_check_failure
Update 12/26/2023
For now I ignore Amoury crate and won't install it again until a more stable Bios version is available.
After updating to Bios 0801, it seems I can turn my computer on and off normally using the on/off button on the PC case. With my configuration, I didn't use XMP but just manually adjusted my DDR5 Cosair to 5800, then I got a blue screen error with the error error code: Bad ..... something I don't remember exactly. Then I tried adjusting my DDR5 to BUS 5600 and I got into Windows 10 normally. Currently my system is fine, I will continue to use it and hope it is stable. I will report back when there is new information
I have attached photos below the article. Hope to receive advice from you guys.

Almost 90% sure if you install w11 your problems will be gone. Specialy the bluescreens. Yet again you better bought 2 sticks 128gb. 14900k doesnt like 4 sticks. 4 sticks and xmp wont work stable at anytime on the 14900k.

Thats your problem: 14900k and 4 x Ram Corsair Dominator Titanium RGB 2 Kit x (2x32GB) DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 (Total 128 gb max 4 dim)
> Cant use 4 sticks of Ram, swap to two sticks and try again using XMP 1
CPU only has so many lanes to begin with. Doesn't matter where he puts the M.2.
I am running my RTX 4090 and GEN5 M.2 T700 in first slot on an Apex Z790 Encore with no issues whatsoever, and my wife is running the same setup with the same equipment also no issues. If im not saturating the bandwidth at 8x no way he will with a 4060.
FPS is maxed at my monitors refresh rate of 177hz at all times and never moves. 3840x1600

I understand that you're facing some challenges with your system, and I'll do my best to assist you. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot the "kernel_security_check_failure" issue after installing Windows 10:
BIOS Update: Ensure you have the latest BIOS version installed. You mentioned version 0507; however, I recommend checking ASUS's official website regularly for updates. The BIOS is crucial for system stability, and newer versions may address compatibility issues. If a newer version is available, download and follow ASUS's instructions to update the BIOS.
Windows Installation: Make sure you're using a reliable source for your Windows 10 installation. Download the official ISO from the Microsoft website, create a bootable USB, and reinstall Windows using this clean installation method.
Install Windows Without LAN Driver: During the Windows installation, skip the step where it asks to install the LAN driver. Complete the Windows installation without any additional drivers to see if the system boots up successfully.
Install Drivers Manually: After Windows installation, manually install the LAN driver and other necessary drivers from the ASUS website. Sometimes, installing drivers individually can help identify the problematic one.
Amoury Crate Installation: Once Windows is up and running, install the Amoury Crate application separately. Make sure you download the latest version directly from the ASUS website.
Check for Software Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicting software or drivers causing the issue. Uninstall any third-party security software temporarily and check if the problem persists.
Memory Test: Run a memory diagnostic test to check for any issues with your RAM. You can use the built-in Windows Memory Diagnostic tool or third-party tools like Memtest86.
Contact ASUS Support: If the issue persists, it's advisable to contact ASUS support. Provide them with detailed information about your system configuration, the problem you're facing, and the steps you've taken to troubleshoot. They may have specific insights or solutions for your particular hardware and software combination.

I pretty much had to do all of that to be able to use that system with windows 10 BIOS Update: 0507 is the latest official Bios version on the ASUS support page. I have been using it and currently I want to try the BIOS beta with code 0801 for Z790 Dark Hero (I will report back after trying), Windows Installation: Install Windows Without LAN Driver: During the Windows installation, skip the step where it asks to install the LAN driver. Complete the Windows installation without any additional drivers to see if the system boots up successfully. Install Drivers Manually: I have now downloaded the official Iso from Microsoft and used USB to create a Windows installation using the latest Rufus (December 2023) After Windows installation, manually install the LAN driver via Manage Device (Manually). I even tried to install Amoury Crate right after installing windows and it got a blue screen error, I persistently reinstalled windows and then reinstalled Amoury Crate and again the blue screen with STOP CODE: KERNEL_SECURITY-CHECK-FAILURE . I reinstalled Windows and Amoury like that 5-7 times and still nothing changed. I am sure AMOURY CRATE is the latest version directly from the ASUS website. Memory Test: Run a memory diagnostic test to check for any issues with your RAMnd run Memtest86 ==> I will do it soon and will report back Contact ASUS Support: If the issue persists, it's advised to contact ASUS support. Provide them with detailed information about your system configuration, the problem you're facing, and the steps you've taken to troubleshoot. They may have specific insights or solutions for your particular hardware and software combination ==> I will do it after doing the above. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Merry Christmas bro

Do you have a normal ssd 3.5” with sata laying around? Could test if it works with that one and remove the m.2s to test if its not a m.2 issue

I currently have 2 samsung 990 pro ssd drives and no 3.5 sata hard drive. But I don't think that's the problem because I see you and many others are having the same problem with this Z790 DARK HERO system.

can`t expect to run 4 dims at higher speeds tbh, some tweaking might let you go 6000.
5600Mhz is the sweet spot for Intel CPUs.
I would avoid Armory Crate & everything else Asus not really required to run a machine, for many reasons.
