14900 on Strix z690A question

I run a 14900k on a  Rog Strix Z690A with ddr4. Last bios version updated. Becomes my lack of knowledge I run it on Intel performance specifications in Bios. I try to find a good undervolting solution but in not done yet.
My question is:

With this 4101 bios I use also the microcode x129 which fix the issue with 1490?
Generaly speaking what other settings it’s best to apply for a safe usage without losing much performance?
Thanks

Both BIOS 4001 and 4101 for your board contain the most recent 0x12b MC. If you're switching the MC code to the previous one, you're not benefiting from the fixes implemented as Vyrna has said.

while x129 was a important microcode, microcode x12b is the most important microcode and stops any voltage related issues with higher than normal cpu voltage requests at idle/low load situations.

In order to protect your cpu use x12b.

How can I use this microcode x12b I see that was implemented in a previous bios. It’s better to use that bios??
