i just updated to the latest bios 1805 and just opened the XMP tweaked profile with intel safe profile didnt change any settings ... have idle temps between 29-34 degrees ,, the problem is when i try C23 i get good score around 34k++ but the temps are really high and it thermal throttle, dunno if thats normal or not searched about that and i cant find a good help about settings to change in bios to make it better
CEP is enabled
got 240mm aio cooler - thermalright contact frame - arctic mx-6 thermal paste all mounted good doubled checked
if anyone can help me with a better settings (undervolt) with keeping the system stable and getting lower temps will be so thankful

there is no secret setting to get a stable system and lower temps. it requires lots testing to make sure you are actually stable.
do a undervolt via the global SVID voltage and you should put anywhere from -.050v to -.125v.

Just change from intel default profile to asus oc advanced, you will got even more performance with less temperature.
