Hello everyone. I need your help.
I bought a new ROG STRIX Z790-H GAMING WIFI + Intel I7-14700K. However, I have very high temperatures. If I just open the internet browser, the level goes up to 90 degrees and then drops again a bit. I have seen many videos about undervolting, but none of them have helped so far because I don't really understand how to set it up.
I have a Thermaltake View 270 TG Case and each box filled with fan. And i have a Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 CPU Cooler.
I tried these settings (photos attached). and about XTU I am from Performance Ratio from 55x to 51x and Efficient Core Ratio from 43x to 42x and Core Voltage Offset -0.050V. Unfortunately I don't see any major improvement.
I see a lot of information here in the forum but I don't know where these settings are in the BIOS.
Would someone be willing to help me and tell me where and what exactly I need to change?

sorry for the late reply. I tried to import the txt from you, but I can't select it. I need a CMO file. You can export this to a USB drive with F2. Could you maybe do this if you have time?

Those temps at very low currents highly suggest a cooling issue, whatever that maybe. Either an improper mount, or something else. I would strongly advise you to re-investigate this.
There is nothing you could be doing on the system configuration wise out of the box that would produce those temps at near idle.
