z790-e rog strix gaming wifi  +13700kf +1000watts psu+ RAM 2X16 GSKILL Z5 7800mhz downclock at 7000mhz XMP2 (memtest86 test passed with 0 error)

Bios 2503

Since, 2 days my latency of my cache L3 was 19.9ns and now 60-78ns. The computer have 3 week.

I have problem with the latency .

The  cpu c-state is disable before enable and idem problem.

Hi @Molo 

How are you testing this, with AIDA bandwidth test? You might want to check background activity, as this will happen if something is putting light load on the CPU.

I test with aida32 section  cache&mermory benchmark.

Today after a shutdown . The L3 cache is restored with low ns .

Why ? The temperature is perfect below 90C cpu ,Ram memory below 50C fan for cooling ,Aio Corsair 360mm on sheet kryosheet + frame secure , VRM  below 55C with case Corsair 5000D with 10 fan (6 for the radiator )  . ALL the software is closed in the 2 test with aida32 . % use by system below 3% of memory before the test .

Overheating of the puce ?L3 collison of paquet? 

I play today on  mwiii. Because when i game after 1hr or 2hr i have extrapolation,latency warning after i test the benchmark aida32 and occt idem resultat high latency L3 .

Too i another person with a board prime z790-a+13700kf and idem problem. Lantency high in L3 cache.

hello

Since the problem is disappear. I change today the PSU for a 1200w .Because the old make a coil whine and run hot.  You can close the topic . Maybe the psu give wrong voltage .
