1 USB port not working on ROG STRIX Z790-H GAMING WIFI m/board

I recently updated my m/board to the ROG STRIX Z790-H GAMING WIFI BIOS 2301.

I'm not sure if it's related, but now 1 of my USB ports doesn't work - not powering up any USB device. I have tried an otherwise working mouse and a keyboard, and nothing.

It appears all my other USB's are working, including the other 3 of the 4 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A Ports.

I always update via Intel Driver Support Assistant, and nothing needs updating. I did a manual install of the latest Chipset driver on this Asus support site link.

I have ensured that I have turned off the 'allow this computer to turn off this device to save power' is unchecked in device manager for all USB hubs.

Not sure what to try next. Any ideas?

Some change I made and a restart (leaving it overnight) seems to have fixed it for now (don't want to speak too soon tho). Relieved that the port isn't broken anyway.

Just reset the BIOS back to default - tried the USB port - no power.
Re-installed again with the most up-to-date BIOS - still no power to the USB port.

Still not sure what to try next..😕
