Hello everyone.
There are 4 M.2 SSD slots on the ASUS ROG Z590 Maximus XIII Hero motherboard. When I insert the 4 M.2 SSDs I have into these slots, the system only sees 3 of them.
I also checked the BIOS screen, but only 3 of them show up there.
When I look at the motherboard's manual, I see that there is a configuration, but I don't fully understand this configuration.
I would appreciate if you could guide me on what exactly I need to do to be able to use 4 M.2 SSDs.
The system does not recognize the M.2_2 SSD, which I have indicated in red in the image I have shared. (I tried this M.2 SSD on another PC and with an external disk box. It works fine.)
Thank you in advance for your support.
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Z590 Maximus XIII Hero
Graphics Card: ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 4090 OC (Installed in PCIEX16_1)
M.2 SSD 1: Corsair MP600 Pro LPX 2TB (Installed in M.2_1 slot) (Windows 11 operating system installed)
M.2 SSD 2: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 Plus 1TB (Installed in M.2_2 slot) (The system does not recognize this)
M.2 SSD 3: WD Black SN770 2TB (Installed in M.2_3 slot)
M.2 SSD 4: WD Black SN770 2TB (Installed in M.2_4 slot)
Thank you.

Hi there, I have the same board and almost a similar config (i9-11900K), I don't have 4qty M.2 drives in my setup, but believe you need to select the PCIEX16_1 + PCIEX16_2 + M2._2 option under the CPU PCIE Configuration Mode (last screenshot on your post).
Mind you, just beware, if you do that then PCIEX16_1 will run at max x8 and PCIEX16_2 at max x4 speeds.
