Z590-E out of the box HDMI support

Hi,

A new build of Z590-E with 11700 and no graphics card installed, should have enabled the mobo's HDMI by default, if connected to a 1080 monitor?

Or it must be enabled in the BIOS first? Which means I will need to use a temporary graphics to enable it once?
