Three years ago I assembled this motherboard/CPU/RAM. It's run perfect on Windows 10. I do not overclock. I do not game.
Six weeks ago I upgraded to Win 11 and I started getting hard freezes about twice a week 9p~11pm.
I have re-installed Windows 11 and it is getting full PASS in Prime95, Furmark, Hard Disk Sentinal, and MemTest86. That's when I saw the BIOS page which shows some really odd RAM status:

Tried:
- disable xmp, save, restart > same issue.
- re-seat all dimms, restart > same issue.
- clear cmos, load defaults, save, restart > same issue.
- use each f4-3200c16d-8gvkb individually in slot A2 = good POST.
- use each f4-3200c16d-8gvgb individually in slot A2 = NO POST.
