Timing Configurator for RAM?

Is there anything like the ASRock Timing Configurator or MemTweakIt that work with the Z590?
I know it can be done in the bios but a windows executable is much faster.

Yes, memtweakit (of the right version) works. I am using 2.02.01 on my z590

But, when you change timings in Windows, you don't retrain the memory, so it often doesn't work well for tuning.
