ASUS RogStrix Z590-A Gaming Wifi/CPU Intel Core i9 10900K/ 64GB DDR4 CORSAIR 3600MHZ VENGEANCE RGB PRO /CoolerMaster Liquid Lite 240 RGB/ NVME M.2 SSD Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 2TB/ Power Green GP750B-OCPT 750W
The motherboard does not POST and BOOT and has the following symptoms:
PSU tested externally and is OK;
When the power button is pressed :
- the fans and RGB turns on;
2.the motherboard voltages 12v, 5v, and 3.3v are connected;
3.The motherboard does not beep;
4.None of the diagnostic LEDs light up;
5.back panel USB voltages is off;
6.VCORE voltage is off (tested by multimeter);
The BIOS software was downloaded from Asus site and installed using the Q FLASH button, but it made no difference.
I would appreciate it if anyone could guide .
