Updated BIOS but Intel ME is still at 15.0.23.1706 I tried updating it but the .exe files just make the cmd prompt blink and disappear.

I have done a quick benchmark, with everything the same except the bios, (1301 vs 1402) i cannot see any meaningful difference in performance: 92612

I am getting PCI/PCI-E Bus Errors in HWiNFO64 after updating to this BIOS.

1402 solves stutters of my video card. I have been using NV 980Ti(driver is always kept most updated with clean installation) playing Elden ring in 1080p and somehow the stutter happens so frequently, which is quite troublesome. However 1402 is dated as Jan-27-2022. I dont know why ASUS always delayed for about 2 months before release. Busy fo fixing Alderlake mobos ?

Over on the overclock.net forums they will drop the bios in beta format around the date you see on the bios that gets posted to the website.

Here's an example: https://www.overclock.net/threads/overclocking-11700k-11900k-results-bins-and-discussion.1777365/pos...

I believe they take their time delivering the bios for general release to ensure there's no major issues with it and to get it signed.

I am having a lot of possible Memory related Problems with 1402.

Sometimes my System shuts down and reboots when I am playing some Video Games and then boot loops with Stop Code 3A.

I tested the RAM Stick as a Group and individually with Memtest and Found no Errors. Downgrading to 1301 did not help much but 1202 seems better/stable.

XMP1 boots fine and has the described Problems under 1402.
XMP2 refuses to boot with 1402.

My System:
ASUS Z590 Maximus XIII Hero Wifi
Intel i5-11600K
Kingston FURY DIMM 64 GB DDR4-3600 Kit (2x32GB) KF436C18BBK2/64
ASUS RTX 2080Ti Strix OC
Samsung 980 Pro, 970 EVO Plus, 860 EVO
Corsair MP500
Seasonic Platinum 1200w

Try to increase the RAM VOLTAGE to 1.48 v. : this definitly will solve your issue.
