PC not turning on after bios update

Hello. I ran a bios upgrade on a z490 e gaming with the latest version and at the end i had a boot loop with “me updating do not turn off your pc”(it kept rebooting and saying this). I looked on internet and saw that others had the same problem. I turned it off and tried to flash the previous version i had but now the pc does not power up anymore. Anyone has an idea what should i do ?
I did tried to flash to the version that worked before but still nothing. When i clear cmos it try to turn on for a split of a second but nothing after*

Hi,

Have you tried recovery with CrashFree? User manual, page 64.

It does not work since the pc wount turn on at all. I did biosflash with the bios that had previously. Successfully instaled but still not powering it up

but you dont lost the power in the midle of the bios update ? no any electricity lost ? bios update susseccfuly and then is come the boot loop ?
