Hello,
I the following problem and I don't seems to find any solution for.
When my computer get a power loss of any kind, I am unable to start it back.
It always shot a error code 55.
To solve it, I have to force close the pc, boot in safe mode Bios and close it back while saving change.
After doing that, my pc will boot normaly, I will be able to shut it down, restart etc as normal.
This problem come back after each power loss.
I know this is not a memory issue, since I am able to use it normaly after the manipulation.
I was wondering if someone already had this problem? If so, how did you solved it?
Some info on my pc:
Maximus XIII Hero (latest firmware)
Intel I9-11900k (overclocked by AI in bios)
64 gb DD4 3200 memory (using the xmp profile)
2070 super GPU
Boot drive is a gen 4 nvme SSD

Hello,
It likely is a memory issue as the code is no memory installed. It is usually down to either:
1. Pin pad contact issue (CPU).
2. Memory slot contact issue.
3. Memory instability due to overclocking (XMP) or faulty memory.
- Reseat the CPU and memory modules. Check the CPU pin pad for any damage and remount the CPU and cooler whilst ensuring for even mounting pressure.
- Ensure the motherboard stand-offs are not over-torqued surrounding the memory array.
- Clear the CMOS and leave the system at complete defaults.

Hello Silent_Scone,
Thank you clearing the CMOS without changing anything else fixed the isues, so it seems the problem was comming from either the AI CPU overclocking or the memory XMP profile.
I will make some more test to find an optimal and definitive solutions.
Thank you verry much!
