Latest windows 10 update cause Ai suite 3 error

I am currently using ROG MAXIMUS XII HERO (WI-FI). Anyone has the same problem?

Have a response from Asus support to use the the AI Suite Cleaner first. This did not work (didn't think it was going to), now have replied again. See what happens.

Yeah, don't think also it was going to work
Best bet is to wait the kaspersky update for ai suite to work again

I dont think its Kaspersky, I dont have AV and I am having same issue with AI Suite

Probably for ya, but many people who have Kaspersky, free or paid, have problem and when it is uninstalled, every Asus software are functional

Thank god Im not the only one with this issue.

Kaspersky total secure installed, same issue to install AI Suite 3 new update and the Armory crate doesnt recognize any device

Already open a ticket with asus support, so just wait, until now i will try to remove the KB5014699

Also on the kaspersky thread. support says that they found and fix the issue and It will be delivered via a database update

AI Suite 3 and Kaspersky problem fixed. Please update the Kaspersky Database and restart 🙂

I can confirm that it is fixed, installed Ai Suite 3.0.0.51 and update 3.0.0.52, and everything works like before, so nice 🙂

Can you please provide a download link to the new AI suite?
