Z490-A Gaming Strix MOBO
Intel i5 11600K 3.9 CPU
Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO SL DDR4 2/16GB
Corsair RX750w 80+Gold PSU
Coolermaster 360mm AIO
TEAMGROUP 1TB m.2
MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 4060 8GB
First off I bought this mobo back in 2021 and never installed it. I went with a diff option due to some changes in the build and just stored it away. Recently my sons old PC bit the dust so I thought Id just build off this mobo. I flashed the bios to the most up to date bios 2801. Before I flashed and found out there was a problem with the series 11 and the z490 the CPU debug light would stay solid red and nothing would post. After updating the bios using the flshback tool the PC now boots up past CPU/DDR and as soon as it touches the VGA debug light it crashes and restarts. It does this over and over until I power the PC off using the PSU. Ive followed ASUS's FAQ instructions and tried new HDMI cables, Unplugged everything from the board other than the CPU and AIO. Ive swapped PSU's from the original PSU I had ordered thinking I had received a faulty one. Ive swapped the GPU to different PSIE slots...Pulled out all but one stick of Ram. Still the same problem. At this point all I can think is when I ordered the MOBO and stuck it back I never checked to see if it was faulty and indeed It was DOA. Any help or if there is anything I might be missing it would be greatly appreciated! I also forgot to add im not getting any video through the integrated graphics nor the GPU. Thanks

Hello djdepriest
If you've confirmed the motherboard is at fault, ASUS gives you a 3-year warranty from the purchase date.
You will need the serial number and a screenshot of the invoice to show proof of purchase.
