Dont understand this "Bandwith Sharing"

Hi, does it mean the SATA5G_2 will be disabled when i use a SATA M.2 SSD, or even when i use a NVME M.2?!

It means literally what it says. You won't be able to use sata port 5G_2. It uses the same pcie lanes as the m.2. They can't both use them so you have to pick one or the other. "Bandwidth Sharing" is a bit of a misnomer.

When M.2_1 is populated SATA6G_2 will be disabled. Page vii, xi, and 1-13 user manual, if you are talking about the ROG Strix Z490-H Gaming motherboard. Looks like M.2_1 (X4) is incorporating lanes and voltage from SATA6G_2 (V).

It is not your English. It is a bad choice for description. Usually sharing means more than one thing can use something. Not the case here. A more appropriate description would be "Bandwidth Assignment".
