on the M13E there is an option in the Bios
Advanced > System Agent > Graphics (Something like that I recall)
it's also where you can setup your Primary GPU
it seems to disable itself when there is a GPU present however you are able to force it to stay on
Might be used for encoding stuff
think the M13H might have these settings in a similar spot
