Bios version that allows booting without a GPU attached

I've got an X570 Tuf Gaming Pro, It used to boot perfectly fine without having a graphics card attached to this system.

However One of the more recent bioses disabled it.

anyone know which bios versions will let me boot without a GPU?

Using it for a proxmox server.

Question.. how do you know it booting into windows if you can see it ??

Well I don't want it to boot windows I'm having it boot proxmox which is the virtualization server.

It was running fine headless for a few years but then I ended up upgrading the BIOS as part of trying to troubleshoot some other stuff.
