ASUS Z590-E back panel USB ports problem

Hi dears,

Today i faced with the problem when I connected to mother board back panel USB ports some External USB3.0 HDD.
After connecting, at the initialization of the hard disk begins all LEDs (fan and chassis) go off. Power is restored after hard disk initialization is complete.
System log:

PSU: Corsair AX 1200w
OS: Win10 x64 20H2

What is it? How to solve this problem?

Front USB 3.0 ports working well. But back USB ports whey i connect a external HDD system get a blue screen with the code 0x3b. I think this is USB drivers problem but i don't know where i will download right usb 3.0 drivers for this board.
