Im aware of that but like I said, no difference on this voltage, when increase o/i on 11 it reduces my latency with 2ms. I also crashed when tried to upload these screens with these timings. I already have tested the 3rds but wanted to give you screenshots. it doesnt giveme any indication of improvement. I can lower tRFC to 260-280 but introduces instability. its fine in gaming though. BTW on 4400mhz Id imagine I would get similar read-writes. Your copys are good.

ps. IDK why this forum has problem with my screenshots?!

Try lowering:
TRDRD_DD/DR to 5
TWRRD_DD/DR to 5

*since you are running 8gb DIMM's they will be sr so really DR won't do anything (i'd put a 0 to it) but DD will.

For stability and there is usually read bandwidth regression when going too low of a value for:

TWRWR_SG/DR/DD should be 7 not 6

Sorry, what are you referring to regarding "when increase o/i on 11 it reduces my latency with 2ms."

I really wish I could reduce my latency abit further and or by running tighter primaries but I can't seem to get stability. I'm not really willing to go to a crazy level of voltages I've seen some people do with vdimm/sa/io perhaps I'm stuck due to my IMC on the 10850k.

TRDRD 5 gives me bluesscreen, TWRWR 7 doesnt give me an improvement. I know what im doing. On that voltage, even though I can lower some of the timings I dont have improvement, at least in Aida. On 4100-4200mhz I can lower them & gain performance but not on 4300

Yupp, by changing

tRDRD_dd 4 -> 5
tRDRD_dg 6 -> 5
tWRRD_dr 0 -> 5
tWRWR_dr 0 -> 7

I got my PC into a state in which it wouldn't even let me enter bios anymore. 😄 It already had these tho:

tWRWR_sg (7)
tWRWR_dd (7)
tWRWR_sg (7)
tWRRD_dd (5)

You missed all the fun last year playing with these mobos and bios, lol

A question about isolating the mobo sound. I've switched from my AE-9 (sound card) to the M12E sound, to test if I could actually move the AE-9 elsewhere.

The mobo sound is plagued by a lot of coil-whine-like screeching coming out of the speakers at many different frequencies, even when the graphics card isn't really doing much (e.g., when I type this message). Is there a way to get rid of that?

For a sample, here Jay talks about a similar sound coming from the graphics card itself, except I really hear this from the speakers.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtXAuIJchps

The thing is, my graphics card is even vertically mounted. That said, it is reasonably far away from the mobo. Also, when I play sound with AE-9, the screech just isn't there. It has got to be that something is affecting the mobo sound.

Mobo: M12E
Graphics card: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti Gaming (ROG-STRIX-GTX1080TI-11G-GAMING)

I actually had/have a similar issue with my AE-7 and also sometimes (less) with my current X3 that i switched to to try and fix it
I was able to make it almost imperceptible with something like this:
AUKEY Ground Loop Noise Isolator for Car Audio System/Home Stereo with 3.5mm Audio Cable
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01M1671I0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Although my issue was more when the GPU was taxed the speakers JBL LSR305s would pass through the coil whine

To me the issue is "fixed" on my system (i think the root cause might be the old PSU or probably incorrect wiring in the wall outlet), hopefully that helps you with your issue, good luck

Thanks. For clarity, the sound from AE-9 is crystal-clear, and the sound card is 1-2 mm apart from the vertically mounted 1080 Ti. It is the M12E's sound that is affected big time, and AE-9 doesn't suffer any effects.

we've been demoted. It should have been a new forum z590/Z490 motherboards, but I guess it reflects that Asus doesn't care much about supporting the last generation motherboards anymore.

+1,.. we are now in the elite Other Series Motherboards.

I thought it was strange to start a New Thread for Z590 which is basically not released yet. The Egg has Maximus XIII Hero board listed today as in stock, and the Prime, Strix, TUF boards releasing on 01/25/2021. So most likely going to be awhile before anyone actually has a Z590 build completed and would need a New Thread to ask questions, perhaps they expect a lot of issues with that chipset and figured rather than just having a Post like "Asus Z590 Stuff" would be easier to navigate for users trying to seek information or resolve issues.
