Asus Strix Z490-E Gaming motherboard Bluetooth not working

I have a Asus Strix Z490-E Gaming motherboard. I can't seem to get my bluetooth working on this motherboard. It can't find any Bluetooth Device. It's constantly searching and finds nothing. My current Intel Bluetooth Driver version is 22.20.0.3.
Any and all help would be much appreciated.

I suppose the first question is does the device show up in the Device Manager? I will assume the Wi-Fi adapter is working normally?

I cannot remember if there is a place in the Bios to turn the Bluetooth on or off so you might check.

If there is no device showing, what is causing the searching?
